i realised that my blog still had my last depressing post at the top, so im posting again just so that it isnt at the top any more. and also because i feel bad for neglecting blogspot for deviantart. you should check out my deviantart :) i've been doing heaps of stuff recently, including my new banner which i am about to upload. its simple and didnt take much time, but its better than my old one and when i think of something even better than that, i'll get to work. but it will do for now.
today, i went to the city with my good friend dion and did some more photography, which i'll upload tomorrow and maybe choose a few of the good ones for a post. we chose xmas presents for each other (with the help of hints, he got me an album i really wanted - Homesick, by A Day To Remember)
life has been so hectic since i last blogged! Green Day was ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. for one of their songs (king for a day) all the band members (including the backup) dressed up as gays. billie joe was wearing a police hat and a feathered blue scarf. at the end of the song, he threw it into the crowd, and guess what!? thats right. i got some. note the word some. it got ripped to shreds as soon as it hit the mosh pit. during the last 4/5 accoustic songs, he looked right at me (eye contact and all) a total of 3 magnificent times. i was right up the front both before i got too squished to breath (i left the mosh, almost blacked out from lack of oxygen, drank lots of water and caught my breath again) and after when i made my way back to the front. i could talk for ages about that wonderful night, their fantastic, breathtaking performance, the awesome people i met there and the overall experience, but i think i'd bore all the non-green day readers of my blog, if there are even are any at all.
apart from that, i've gone free-hugging in the city, been to 2 awesome pool parties and met heaps and heaps of great people, some of which i've become really good friends with since then (stormdeviantart, anilADTR, mattgenitals, jamesbeast), had a couple of sleepovers, and chilled
at home.
well, thats it for today. as i said, i might post tomorrow with some photos from today.
