It's kind of hard to believe that the new year is upon us, but it's true. This is nearly two weeks late, I know, but still. 2011 shall be fun, and I know that for sure at least up until the end of March. This is because the first quarter of the new year is choc-a-block full of events to look forward to. The first is in two days time. I turn 17 on Saturday, hooray! (This also means a dinner at Little Caesar's Pizzeria with John and my family :3 omnomnom.) After that, Ben's birthday on Monday, and then nothing much till embarking on the journey of Yr 12 on the 2nd of Feb (I think..). Big Day Out with Taylah and Dean on the 6th, the Ball on the 19th (woo!), then after that on the 7th of March, SOUNDWAVE 2011 :D This epic event is followed (hopefully) by Carl Barron on the 25th or 26th or March, which concludes the first quarter. The Chasing The Ninth video clip filming which I have been invited along to should happen somewhere in that timeframe, but the date has still not been confirmed. Who knows what will happen after that, probably not a lot. Exams. Woooo...
2010 was a mix of everything. It was good, bad, stressful, heartbreaking, painful, wonderful, joyful, exciting, exhilarating and never boring. I found love, lost it, found it again, lost it again and found it once more. I intend to break that cycle this year, which should add some much needed stability in order to get through the final year of school. Here's to the past. (<--also an ADTR song, but it's relevant). It may have been hectic but, well, what happened happened and it's helped to build everyone to what they are today, as has every year before now. So we can be thankful for it, no matter how it ended. All we can do is give 2011 our best shot.
I apologize for the overload-on-the-corny in the above paragraph.
In other news, my bass arrived the other day. If anyone thinks of any songs with great bass parts, let me know. Suggestions are appreciated.
That's it for now.

(So does this mean that rabbits are gonna give us all rabies, or plague Australia?)
